Independent Minnesota Medicare Insurance Agent
Personal Medicare help from Fred Lang. No call center. No pressure.
Why work with Fred
Not a call center
When you call an 800 number, you get whoever picks up. When you work with Fred, you get one person who knows your situation, remembers your doctors, and picks up the phone when something goes sideways.
Independent — not tied to one carrier
Fred compares every plan available in your zip code. There is no additional cost to work with him. If you enroll in a plan through Lakes Health Insurance, he may be compensated by the insurance company.
Minnesota-specific expertise
Minnesota has its own Medigap structure, its own carrier mix, and rules that change. Fred works in this state every day — not off a national script.
Annual Enrollment Period: October 15 – December 7
Don't miss your window to review and change your Medicare Advantage or Prescription Drug Plan (Part D) coverage.
If you have a Medicare Advantage or Part D plan, your insurance company is required to send you an Annual Notice of Change (ANOC) by the end of September. This notice details any changes to your plan's costs, coverage, or network for the coming year. Review it carefully — if your plan is changing in ways that don't work for you, the Annual Enrollment Period (Oct 15 – Dec 7) is your window to switch.

Your choice
Free, No-Obligation
Tell Fred a little about your situation and he'll reach out to walk you through your options — no pressure, no sales pitch.
Call Fred for a free, no-pressure quote. Or schedule a time to meet in person or wherever is convenient for you. Before we discuss specific Medicare Advantage or Medicare Part D plans during a personal marketing appointment, Medicare requires us to complete a Scope of Appointment (SOA) identifying the types of plans we will discuss. In most cases, the SOA must be completed at least 48 hours before the appointment. Exceptions apply in certain situations, including beneficiary-initiated walk-in meetings and appointments scheduled during the final four days of a valid Medicare election period.
